I met a bartender at a bar 2 years ago. His ability was very memorable that he make people imressed.
I call him "Mr.J" here.
I like making people impressed, and I thougt "Hotel" had that power. That's why I made building a resort-hotel my drea,.
However, resort-hotel is not completed just by space but a service by workers.
So, I always think about how we can attract people. And,Mr.J tought me a lot about that point.
◆Remembering customers
Customers feel good if staff remeber them.
Don't you feel good if a restaurant staff remembers you which you went only once?

What about if this happens at foreign country you went five years ago? You must be happy if they say "Oh-- Hello again!!" in foreign countries.
You can make it happen even now.
What Mr.J did is remembering customers drink. He serves completly same drink if we say "I want the same one".
It's possible to remember the drinks of the customer at the counter. But Mr.J remebered drinks for 9 of us.
Furthermore, He remembered each drinks of us. So, he served exactly same drinks for each of us.
The price isn't changed even if he remembers the ordered drinks, but it's true that we were impressed of his ability(service).
Products and services are becoming similar. So, people choose produts and servises by who makes it. It's very fascinating to have the ability to attract people in this era.
This episode is the story that I felt "this staff is amazing!"
I felt that I had to study harder.
Then, Have a nice life of making fans!
